Your Asian Veggie Patch is a comprehensive, beginner-friendly guide to growing and cooking delicious Asian veggies, herbs and fruit, with 40+ of my faves including amaranth greens, daikon, winter melon and yuzu plus 50 recipes on how to cook with your harvest.
There are also loads of small-space, urban gardening and permaculture gardening tips throughout. But most of all, it’s a celebration of cultural diversity and a peek into the incredible range of Asian plants that I know you’ll love.
