Cost $110.00 sit down dinner, welcome drink upon arrival

Enjoy a welcome drink before indulging in an elegant threecourse Gala Dinner, showcasing the finest local produce in Adelaide’s most beautiful venue.

Throughout the evening, we will honour the finalists and announce the winners of the prestigious 2026 Neutrog Laurels, recognising outstanding achievement, innovation, and excellence in horticultural media across Australia.

Whether you are renewing old friendships, making new professional connections, or celebrating the remarkable achievements of our industry, this promises to be an evening to remember.

Visiting Neutrog’s New Facility • Bird in Hand Winery • Mt Lofty Botanic Garden • Stangate House

Cost $85 members only HMAA Members

8:30 am – Depart Adelaide – Central Location TBA

Arrive Neutrog, Kanmantoo Guided Tour – Visit Neutrog’s new state-of-the-art facility of their latest innovations and manufacturing processes, see how raw materials are transformed into the premium, biologically activated products and an introduction to our fascinating world of microbes. The Rare Fruit Society Garden will also be open.

Enjoy a light brunch.

Arrive at Bird in Hand Winery, Woodside for winery and garden tour with Susie Nugent – greeted with a glass of their sparkling wine. Proudly named 2024 SA ‘Garden of the Year’ after years of love and dedication from Susie Nugent who will share a glimpse of the Private Residence and Winery Gardens.

Arrive Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens Bus Tour & Magnolia Gully, Titan Arum (Corpse flower) collection and the Chris Steel Scott Pavilion

Depart Mt Lofty Botanic Garden Afternoon Tea –  location TBC  Take away a tea or coffee before the final garden visit of the day.

Arrive Stangate House – National Trust – Home of Camellias SA and historic gardens managed by the Hills Branch Camellia Society. Renowned for its ancient Oak Tree, Camellia and Azalea collections. 

Depart for Adelaide – Arrive Back in the City


September 4th – Adelaide Showgrounds – 6.00 pm

Will Rayner, CEO of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society, warmly invites members of HMAA and their partners to a Cocktail Party and exclusive preview of the Horticultural Pavilion.

Step into a beautifully curated showcase ahead of the official opening, and indulge in a first look at the competition entries, exquisite floristry, imaginative scarecrows and immersive garden installations – all to be enjoyed in a relaxed and sophisticated setting.
