The HMAA’s biennial photography award will be presented in 2025. The competition, which is held alternately with The Laurels, is open to HMAA members only. Get prepared to enter your best photos when our online entry portal opens in January 2025. Dates for entries and judging will be announced on the website and in the Blast in mid-January. The awards will be announced at a social event for HMAA members in Melbourne on March 25 (the evening before MIFGS opens). Watch the Blast and the website for more details.
The 2025 awards have been extended with the addition of two new categories: ‘People in horticulture’ and ‘Garden inspiration’. The other categories are ‘Beautiful plants’, ‘Mystical trees’, ‘Creative imagery’ and ‘Macro’.
