Attila and Michele Kapitany have listed their property at Narre Warren North for sale. The 4000 square metre property features a magnificently landscaped garden planted with succulent collections, Australian natives including many mature bottle trees and sweeping lawns that flow around a lake. Many of the plants are rare and valuable and have been collected by Attila and Michele over decades. The large house site is positioned with views over the garden and its surroundings.
The garden has been featured on television and in magazines and newspapers. It has even featured on an Australia Post stamp. Attila is a member of HMAA and has presented webinars about native succulents and bottle trees.
The Kapitanys are leaving the property after 22 years. It is for sale by expressions of interest, which close on September 18.
