HMAA South Australia member, Kim Syrus, is heading off this week on his Churchill Fellowship, which was awarded last year. He will spend six and half weeks on a rose fact-finding mission travelling through the US and Europe. Kim’s project is investigating practical ways the Australian rose industry can transition from traditional budding methods to own root production.
On his travels Kim will visit rose growers, breeders, retailers and home gardeners to gain and insight into how cutting grown plants could benefit our local rose industry and Australian home gardeners.
