Volunteering:
Sessions available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or any combination of times and days.
Registration:

Registration is only available via this website.
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for the booking/s.
Please be aware that some changes may need to be made. If there is need for change you will be contacted directly to discuss other options.

What to do:
Refer to the timetable and pick your day/s and time slot/s for which you wish to register. You may to choose 1 or 2 consecutive time slots or split 2 or more over the 3 days.
HMAA members who are also Speakers:
HMAA members may also be speakers, so we will work around their timetable once the speaker program has been released.

- to enable the QPE administration to organise and distribute your Media entry passes
- for HMAA to prepare timetables for promotion and distribution
- for HMAA to have the daily timetable printed for the sandwich board
What do you need to send us for HMAA/QGE promotion?
- current pic – head and shoulders only please
- short bio no more than 30 words
Your pass:
Includes free VIP car parking where available, entry to the event and access only for yourself to the VIP/Media marquee, on the day/s you volunteer, but not the Speaker’s zone.
No extra passes for family, friends, colleagues and visitors are available relating to this activity.

The clinic is an opportunity, sponsored by QGE management, for the public to meet professional horticulturists who are able to provide advice and information on gardening needs on a one to one basis.
