Volunteering:
Sessions available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday or any combination of times and days.
Registration:

Registration is only available via this website.
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for the booking/s.
Please be aware that some changes may need to be made. If there is need for change you will be contacted directly to discuss other options.

What to do:
Refer to the timetable and pick your day/s and time slot/s for which you wish to register. You may to choose 1 or 2 consecutive time slots or split 2 or more over the 3 days.
HMAA members who are also Speakers:
HMAA members may also be speakers, so we will work around their timetable once the speaker program has been released.
Registration closes June 1st
- to enable the QPE administration to organise and distribute your Media entry passes
- for HMAA to prepare timetables for promotion and distribution
- for HMAA to have the daily timetable printed for the sandwich board
What do you need to send us for HMAA/QGE promotion?
- current pic – head and shoulders only please
- short bio no more than 30 words
Your pass:
Includes free VIP car parking where available, entry to the event and access only for yourself to the VIP/Media marquee, on the day/s you volunteer, but not the Speaker’s zone.
No extra passes for family, friends, colleagues and visitors are available relating to this activity.
Respecting event sponsors:
The clinic is an opportunity, sponsored by QGE management, for the public to meet professional horticulturists who are able to provide advice and information on gardening needs on a one to one basis. Please do not leave any advertising or promotional material nor product or service giveaways at the clinic
