HMAA NSW members Costa Georgiadis, Judy Horton and Steve Falcioni caught up for breakfast in Canberra in late September. Steve and Judy were leading a tour group to Floriade and the Bowral Tulip Festival, while Costa had been honoured to be chosen in a public poll to identify a prominent Australian whose portrait was considered to be missing from the National Portrait Gallery. Costa’s portrait was officially unveiled on Saturday 27 September.
It was wonderful to see a prominent horticulturist being honoured in this way. Congratulations, Costa, from all your fellow HMAA members.
