Busy spring in the west

Western Australian members are enjoying a busy lead up to spring with the opening of Yates Springtime at Araluen. The annual spring flower show, which features massed tulips, is at Araluen Botanic Garden. Also launching soon is the Everlasting Kings Park Festival, which opens on September 16.

Open invitation for October

All HMAA members are also invited to a special event being planned in Perth. Sue McDougall, Director, Western Australian Botanic Gardens, and HMAA member will take members on a park tour, followed by fellowship. All HMAA members are invited to join the tour at the Kings Park and Botanic Gardens on October 7 at 5.30pm. More details to follow, but for now, mark the date in the diary if you are planning to be in Perth in early October.
