QLD
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is long-running city-wide celebration of spring featuring grand floral parades, live music, and open private gardens throughout Toowoomba. Runs from September 18 to October 5.

Tesselaar Tulip Festival More than a million spring bulbs bloom blooming at Silvan in the Dandenong Ranges from September 12 to October 11.
