Entries will be a stand alone publication dealing with a gardening or horticultural topic(s) in considerable depth and length published in digital or hardcopy formats.
Entries will be a single story, column or feature written by an individual member of the HMAA and published within a newspaper, magazine, website, blog* or equivalent outlet.
Maximum length approximately 3,000 words.
Entries must include proof of publication such as a screen shot, URL or signed statement from a website editor/administrator.
- Files must be clearly labeled with the Category and entrant’s name.
- Maximum two entries per member.
* A single blog entry is eligible for this category whereas an ongoing blog consisting of multiple pieces or articles would be entered for the Website Laurel.
