The Global Footprints Scholarships provide young people with the chance to travel overseas for industry experience and to learn about sustainability in their field. Whether they come from agriculture, horticulture, or trades, they will develop leadership skills, gain a global perspective, and make a real impact in their industries.

You’re in a great position to encourage eligible young people in your community to apply, or to nominate someone you think would benefit. We know that educators, parents, or employers can make a real difference in someone’s confidence to apply, and the impact of a simple encouragement can transform a young person’s life.
Important Dates:
- Application period: 1 May – 1 June
- Program duration: 6 to 18 months, including 20+ days of overseas work experience * Eligibility: 18-25-year-olds starting out in agriculture, horticulture, and trades vocational careers only
